Boot camp

Boot camp classes are structured around individual stations and are performed in a circuit one right after another (usually for 30 seconds to three minutes each). The classes can include a variety of movements with barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells; toning with sit-ups and pull- ups; cardio endurance with sprints and jump ropes; as well as kickboxing and boxing stations.

Boxing
